Chocolate Chip Banana Bread Protein Pancakes

VEGAN PANCAKES? YES PLZ.

What you need:
~ Vega Protein powder (it’s vegan J)
~ 1 Banana
~ Unsweetened almond milk
~ Gluten free oats
~ Cacao nibs
~ Olive oil spray
Directions:
BATTER:
1. Mix in a bowl:
2 Scoops protein powder
½ mashed banana
1/2 cup gluten free oats
¾ cup almond milk
3 T cacao nibs
(note- may need to add oats to get the consistency right, I played around with it for a little to do the same. I also had to hand roll some of them into a ball and then flatten and place on stove!)
2. Place batter on sprayed (olive oil spray does the trick) heated pan
3. Let batter settle for 2-3 min on the stove on medium then flip
4. Enjoy :)

Unsweetened coconut flakes
Sliced banana
Blueberries
Hemp seeds
Cacao nibs
Purely Elizabeth granola
Medjool dates
Dollop of Justin’s almond butter
