GG PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE CHIP BANANA PIE

So... If you know Colby Arianna, you know that she is kinda, basically, and uh COMPLETELY OBSESSED with F-Factor and GGs! The best part about these low cal, high fiber, GG crackers is that the recipes are endless! I love whipping up delicious desserts using GGs as a base because not only is it HEALTHIER, but it leaves me feeling SATISFIED and fuller, more than high carb foods. Since reading the F-Factor Diet book and using it as my cheat sheet and #foodiebible, I have a new found love for everything fiber. Why? In short, fiber keeps our bodies in check. It expands in our bellies to keep us fuller for longer. It is great for weight loss and helps move the toxins out of your body! Fiber is #important, that's why it deserves its own blog post. In the meantime, I'll cut to the chase already and leave you with the recipe :) Stay tuned!

BATTER: (Blend the following in a food processor)

8 pulverized GGs

2 scoops vega vanilla protein powder

¼ c egg whites

4 tablespoons unsweetened almond milk

2 tablespoons pb2 (mixed with water, then added to blender as a more gooey consistency)

½ banana

2 tablespoons sukrin fiber syrup

BLEND UNTIL SMOOTH! -> coat a pie dish with organic olive oil spray, pour the batter in and spread evenly.

TOPPINGS:

¼ thinly sliced banana, 1 serving of Lily’s dark chocolate chips (60 chips), drizzled with more fiber syrup!

Heat in the oven on 390 for 30 min and ENJOY<3
