Kite Hill Unsweetened Vanilla Greek Style Yogurt
Packed with protein and healthy fats, this vegan greek yogurt is one of my favorite mid-day snacks. I also love adding cacao powder and mixing it with some high fiber jelly in the morning for breakfast!

If you are looking for a good on-the-go bar, No Cow is vegan and only 3 net carbs per bar and so satisfying. There’s a plethora of flavors (LP favs include: peanut butter crunch, blueberry cobbler, chocolate chip peanut butter, lemon merengue, raspberry... list goes on) and each one is better than the next.

Such a good snack and or a great addition to a salad! These are an organic version of GG's that in my opinion, aren't rough on your digestion and are a lot softer! I love topping them with kite hill cream cheese (chive or plain flavor).
Nature's Path - Heritage Flakes Cereal
This cereal tastes like raisin bran, without the raisins! I love this cereal in the morning on top of yogurt. It is low in sugar, organic, and made from whole grains.
So Delicious Ice Cream
Vegan ice cream with lots of flavors - chocolate, vanilla, and cookie dough are always in my freezer! I also usually opt for the no sugar added pints (in blue) which are lower in calorie and also limited sugar!
Flackers
Packed with healthy fats and protein - they are perfect for your salad or to dip in your kite hill cream cheese. I love the sea salt flavor and have also really enjoyed the rosemary.
